“Do you feel there is a disconnection in your relationship(s)? Has communication broken down, and the path to repair is unclear or uncertain? Maybe the "culture" of your relationship is not functioning as before? Each relationship is unique, bringing in different values of each person to it. Sometimes events or situations may cause a disruption to the relationship, and navigating these changes can be overwhelming. I can be a resource to help explore, discuss, and develop changes that build a "new culture" that works for you both.

When starting therapy, I look to understand each persons view of the problem and their contribution to it. There are always two sides to every story, and equally it is important to understand how personal change can bring growth. With couples, families and individuals, I work to explore and foster change to build back healthy relationships.

There is great trust and confidence put into having private conversations with a therapist, and should this be the start of your voyage toward change, I would be humbled to be of assistance. I offer a free consultation and encourage your examination of compatibility before moving forward with services. Please contact me today to schedule our first meeting.
